About

I wanted a very good life with fat accounts, a wonderful family, nice automobiles, well-furnished apartments, societal influences, and many more goodies. I got a wonderful family quite right. In trying to get other things I desire as enumerated, I discovered that I couldn’t reach them except if I could embrace and try to add value to other people and humanity.

I found it very difficult for years, on how to identify, develop, deploy and maximize my gifts, potentials, and purposes, in other to leave my dream and add value to humanity. So, I decided to volunteer, and then, I discover my Life Path. After the discovery, I decided to go the way of "if I die, I die" and build nurturing and value-adding platforms so I could add life-impacting values and be a global player.

Today, as a Psychometrist, Purpose, Leadership, and Business Development expert, I help people find their talent, strengths, the essence of what they do, and the essence of their life. I help corporations and individuals who have the workings of their desires but are not clear enough on how to add value to humanity, yet they are gifted, talented, and want to be calling, and purpose-driven.

I discovered that I have been given the responsibility to lead, and help people to overcome their confusions, dreadfulness, and doubts in other to clarify their life assignments. My core objective is to help people discover, develop, deploy and maximize their endowments for a life of impact, productivity, effectiveness, profitability, and fulfillment.

I am a trained Psychometrist expert with over two decades of service experience. I bagged a certification in Personality Psychology from Glory Dimitrova, and also an alumnus of Daystar Leadership Academy where I bagged the Basic Leadership Certificate in 2002 and the Advance Leadership Certificate in 2003. I study Electrical Engineer at the famous Yaba College of Technology. To live my purpose and calling I founded True101 Systems Ltd in 2004, www.tru101.com in 2011, www.olaolopin.com in 2020, and other platforms. I have been president and the Chief Executive Officer of this group since its inception.

I partner with a friend, Afe Olatunji Sam, in 1998 to establish an electrical installation and service company called Crystal Innovations Ltd. In 2003 I also partner with another friend of mine in person of Dele Agbogun who later became a pastor with Daystar Christian Center to establish another electrical installation and service company known as Integrity Inventions Ltd. I resigned from the two organizations at different times to establish a Mechanical & Electrical [M & E] installation and Service Company called Diamond electrical works Ltd. To date, Diamond electrical works ltd continues to serve humanity.

From inception, I have been serving as the lead faculty for True101 Systems Ltd. And, a faculty member of Fifthgear Plus, which is a leadership consulting firm. And Fountain of Knowledge Consulting (FKC), a Learning and Development Organization with the objective of bringing the best out of people through their natural traits. All are in Lagos, Nigeria.

As a faculty lead or member in these organizations, I have served and imparted knowledge in various capacities and classes from top executives and management classes to senior and junior staff classes inclusive of the whole workforce in top corporations like Lagos State Law Reform Commission, First Bank Plc, Rainoil, Hardley Suites, Propertymarts, Brandeye Palton Morgan, MPR, Daystar Leadership Academy, Sheba Center, Lagos State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, Grenadines, Redeemer’s University, Role Model School and Cedarwood to mention a few.

I am the President and Chief Executive Officer of True101 Systems Limited, a Human Capital Development, Learning, Recruitment, Assessment, Advisory, and Corporate Retreat outsourcing firm to date.  I also sit on the board of Care1st Pharmaceuticals Limited, Diamond Electrical Works Limited, and more.

I am a member of the board of directors of Care1st Medical Mission a Not-for-profit medical help organization, meeting the needs of the medically neglected in society.

I am involved in the volunteering work at Daystar Advance Training Academy [DATA] a.k.a Ministry School or 300Level, a faith-based school of the Daystar Christian Center helping people to discover, develop, deploy and maximize their unique differences, gifts, and purpose in life since 2001 to date. I led the same school for 7years from February 2005 and October 2012. 

I was part of the volunteering committee members that drafted the structure and curriculum of Daystar Skill Acquisition Project [D-SAP], a vocational skill learning school in 2009, and led the school’s coordinating team for the first set in the same year.

I also served in the Daystar school of parenting for two years [2007 to 2009]. A school established to train parents and intending parents on quality, positive, and GOD-focused parenting.

I served in the house fellowship system of the Daystar Christian Center for 13 years before retiring in 2014, rising to the responsibility level of an Area Coordinator in the process.

My passion is helping people to find their talent, strengths, the essence of what they do, and the essence of their life. I help people and corporations to discover, develop, deploy and maximize how to add value to humanity through their natural and derivable endowments.

I am happily married with 3 children.
